Our employees understand this and welcome the challenge of satisfying the company's diverse customer base. Lee F. Cowper, Inc. was officially established in 1993, but the story begins much earlier. The company's substance is in its managers both in the office and field, most of whom established their careers in the middle to late 1970's working with large regional construction firms. These men and women, along with our very talented group of young "up and comers", are well poised to meet the needs of our customers now and well into the future. It is not our company's mission to be extremely large. There was once a television commercial using the phrase "quality is our most important product". The employment of this philosophy has served us well. Quality and customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of our business. We believe this approach will provide opportunities for gradual and controlled growth We collectively strive to incorporate a number of virtues as summarized below.
