 |  | Randall is a graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business. He has approximately ten years of construction experience with Lee F. Cowper, Inc., where he has developed an expertise in healthcare, commercial and corporate building projects. As Project Superintendent, clients and peers have recognized Randall for his attention to detail and excellent communication skills as well as ensuring a safe job site.
