Jim's variety of experience in the construction industry along with state of the art estimating software gives him an edge in the estimating and competitive bid market. His eye for detail and knowledge of all the various aspects of construction helps him offer cost saving ideas to project owners without jeopardizing quality. He is an expert in conceptual estimating for Design/Build and Team/Build projects.
